Country information:

Location Information:Commonly referred to as CIU, the campus is located in the town of Paderno del Grappa, close to nearby Asolo. The location of the campus offers the cultural experience of living in a small Italian community while providing direct access to the well-known art and history treasures of the Veneto. The Veneto region, with its major cities of Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Verona and Treviso, is considered to be the most economically advanced region in Italy. During the past several years, the region of Veneto has enjoyed Europe’s highest rate of economic growth with low unemployment. A large part of that economic growth can be directly attributed to the efforts of the local business community in developing international markets.

Campus information:Nestled in the foothills of the Dolomite Mountains, CIU is a full-service campus with numerous classrooms, a 450-person theater, a large student cafeteria, dormitory rooms, computer and language labs, and modern athletic facilities including indoor swimming pools, a weight room and a gymnasium.

Program Overview: The Consortium of Universities for International Studies offers a broad array of European experiences through its study abroad opportunities offered to graduate and undergraduate students. They can partake in one of several study abroad opportunities offered in Italy through a unique consortium of accredited U.S. universities of which UTSA is a member. Programs for undergraduates include both semester and summer programs. University of Kansas, School of Business

Academic Program:Each session is four weeks in length with classes held Tuesday through Friday after the first week, allowing three long weekends for personal exploration and development.

Session I: International Process Consulting, Strategic Digital Marketing, Ethical Decision-Making in Business
Session II: Innovation Management, Managing & Leading in a Global Environment, International Management
