Liu's Family Foundation U.S.-China Business Education Initiative, the largest international program in UTSA's College of Business , was established in 1998 following a $1 million donation from Hong Kong businessman Richard Liu. In 2003, Mr. Liu renewed his commitment by doubling his previous donation by giving the College of Business $2 million.
